The anticipated planning <br />servcies tasks Include: <br />n Project application completeness review <br />a Zoning Code updates, General and Area Plan updates/analysis, Including applicability of State density bonus law, to <br />determine project conformance <br />a Preparation of staff reports for review by the Zoning Officer, Design Review Committee (DRC), Landmarks <br />Preservation Commission (LPC), Zoning Adjustments Board (ZAB) and City Council as required <br />• Attendance at staff and public meetings as needed <br />
