Exhibit A-4: Second Amendment to MSA <br />(A-2017289) <br />SIEMENS <br />January 15, 2019 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Parks & Recreation - Multisite Site Project <br />Description of Work: Contractor is to provide electrical, low voltage and concrete contracting <br />services for City of Santa Ana park security enhancement project that include the following sites: <br />1. Chepas Park <br />2. Jerome Park <br />3. Santa Anita Park <br />4. Memorial Park <br />of <br />The below scope of work and cost reflects changes that occurred in scope of work and cost since <br />May 8 2018. Work shall include the following: <br />feromeBirk <br />Furnish and install 13 outdoor 1P cameras, 1 Code Blue tower, 6 outdoor IP SIP loud speakers, 1 <br />server, 5 PoE network switches, 1 vertical wall mounted server rack, 8 network wireless radio <br />links, all associated cabling, associated power supplies and programming, per the following: <br />Recreation /Con1=nLt-Uul;eL. Buiidin <br />• Replace five (5) outdoor fixed cameras mounted on the building. Install EMT conduit where <br />it is exposed on the exterior of the building within the public reach. Use the existing coax <br />cable, <br />• Install three (3) outdoor loud speakers on the outside side of the building next to existing <br />cameras locations so that the existing coax cable will be used for both. <br />• Install one (1) Ubiquity radio link connecting the senior citizen community radio link. <br />• The parks will supply a workstation and monitor for the front desk. <br />• Install one (1) switch at the front desk. <br />• The parks will provide two (2) ports to their network switch for internal building use. <br />• Inside the first floor electrical panel room located off of the computer. lab, install on the wall <br />next to the fire panel a new vertical mounted low profile server cabinet and server on a fire <br />rated backboard. Provide inside the server enclosure a 120vac quad outlet on a dedicated <br />20amp circuit. All cabling from the new server shall be in EMT conduit unless it is mounted <br />10 ft. up the wall, then it may be surface mounted. <br />• Install a Cat6 cable between the new server in the electrical panel room and the city <br />network switch located in the second floor IN room directly above the electrical panel <br />room. <br />• Install Cat6 OSP cable for one (1) Ubiquity radio link. <br />Senior Citizen Community Building <br />Page I 1 <br />
