Exhibit A-3: Second Amendment to MSA <br />(A-2017-289) <br />SIEMENS <br />January 15, 2019 <br />dty of Santa Ana <br />Parks & Recreation - Multisite Site Project <br />Description of Work: Contractor is to provide electrical, low voltage and concrete contracting <br />services for City of Santa Ana park security enhancement projectthat Include the following sites: <br />1. Chepas Park <br />2. Jerome Park <br />3. Santa Anita Park <br />4. Memorial Park <br />The below scope of work and cost reflects changes that occurred in scope of work and cost since <br />May 8 2018. Work shall Include the following: <br />Furnish and install outdoor IP cameras, one (1) fix camera on the building, one (1) multi view <br />camera on the pole (4 camera heads),1 outdoor IP SIP loud speaker, l server, l network switch, 1 <br />vertical wall mounted server rack, all associated cabling, associated power supplies and <br />programming, per the following: <br />Light Pole - Next to Basketball Court <br />• Work with the parks department in the new playground area to install underground <br />conduit In a trench between the building and the light pole ata minimum of 2 ft. deep <br />between the light pole and the recreation building. Where the conduit is exposed above the <br />ground to the public, rigid conduit will be used. <br />• Cut the concrete where necessary for the trench line and replace. Remove the concrete from <br />score line to score line where it is reasonably possible. Pin all concrete replacement Place <br />in -ground pull boxes where necessary. Backfill the inside of the pull boxes with dirt and a 1" <br />slurry cover after the final inspections. <br />• Pole Mount one (1) multi view camera on the pole (4 camera heads) on the pole with any <br />necessary enclosures. <br />• Run Cat6 OSP outdoor rated cables from the IDF enclosure inside the Recreation Building to <br />all equipment mounted on the building and the pole. <br />Recreation/ Community Building <br />• Install one (1) network fixed camera on the roof's edge viewing the restroom entrances and <br />install rigid conduit where it is exposed on the exterior of the building. <br />• Install one (1) outdoor loud speaker on the side of the building facing towards the street. <br />• Install Cat6 OPS cable to the camera and the loud speaker from the IDF enclosure. <br />• Install inside the building on the wall above the computer desk, on a fire rated backboard, a <br />vertical low profile IDF enclosure, server, PoE switch and other miscellaneous items inside <br />Page I 1 <br />
