<br />the Premises; and (vii) any odors consistent with mold growth within the Premises.
<br />12. All removals from, or carrying in or out of, the Project of any safes, freight, furniture, heavy or bulky matter of any description, must take
<br />place only prior to 7:00 A.M, and/or after 5:30 P.M. on days other than Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (no moving being permitted oil
<br />Saturdays, Sundays or holidays without special permission) and must be made upon the previous written notice to Landlord and under the
<br />supervision of Landlord or its agent(s), and the persons employed by Tenant to perform such work must be acceptable to Landlord. Tenant
<br />shall be responsible for any damage to the Premises and Project caused by or resulting from any such activity. Landlord reserves the right
