Any amounts which Tenant Is required to pay to Landlord pursuant to this Exhibit'? (end/or for any services provided to Tenant in addition to <br />those Landlord is required to provide under this Exhibit •`F" without additional charge) shell be payable upon demand by Landlord and shall <br />constitute Additional Rent. From time to time during the Term. L.undlord shall have the right to modify the services provided to Tenant hereunder; <br />provided that the services provided, as so modified, are consistent with Ins LiLutlomd Owner Practices.
