EXHIBIT "I" <br />FORM OF TENANT ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE <br />The undersigned as Tenant under that certain Office Lease dated , 20_ (the "Lease") between CP SANTANA, LLC, a <br />Delaware limited liability company, as landlord, and the undersigned, as tenant, for Premises on the— Boor of the Office Building located at 801 <br />West Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana, California certifies as follows: <br />I. True, correct and complete copies of the Lease and all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto are attached hereto and the <br />Lease, as so amended, modified and supplemented, is in full force and effect, and represents the entire agreement between Tenant and <br />Landlord with respect to the Premises and the Properly.
