The code requirements <br />are shown in Table 6. <br />Comparison of the code requirements with typical code <br />requirements existing elsewhere and with actual parking experience shows <br />the City of Santa Ana's requirement is high with respect to retail <br />parking but adequate for office parking. The City of Los Angeles has <br />recently completed a study of parking usage. The study indicates <br />employment is a more predictable unit of measure for parking than square <br />footage.
