Implementation of the Phase Two TSIP Plan is dependent <br />upon securing additional funds to cover $8.66 Million for identified but <br />unfunded projects. <br />Implementation of some of the freeway ramp improvements on <br />Main Street will require acquisition and relocation of residential and <br />commercial properties.
