<br />Economic benefits deriving from the full buildout of the project are expected to result in
<br />approximately 12,775 jobs, $1.06 billion in labor income, and $2.3 billion of economic output. Of
<br />these totals, the City is expected to capture approximately 7,760 jobs, $740 million in labor
<br />income, and $1.6 billion in economic output.
<br />6.3 Economic Benefits from On -going Operations
<br />Once completed, the Project's Phase 1 elements are projected to result in approximately 1,000
<br />new jobs, approximately $44.9 million in labor Income, and approximately $126.7 million in
<br />economic output across the County. Of these projections, IMPLAN estimates that approximately
<br />750 jobs, $30.5 million of labor Income, and $90.4 million of economic output are expected to be
<br />captured within the City (see Exhibit 6.3.1).
