<br />Once the full project scope has been completed and is operational, the project is expected to
<br />generate approximately 5,400 jobs, $400 million of labor income, and $734 million economic
<br />output across the County. Of these benefits, the City is projected to capture approximately
<br />3,600 jobs, $290 million of labor Income, and $470 million of economic output (see Exhibit
<br />6.3.1).
