Mechanical ventilation system or other means <br />of natural ventilation shall be provided per the Uniform Building Code. <br />Source: City of Santa Ana General Plan Noise Element Table 1, 1982. <br />City of Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />The City of Santa Ana Municipal Code Article VI Noise Control establishes daytime and nighttime <br />permissible sound limits or levels for all residentially zoned properties as well as prohibited noises. <br />These standards apply to all project generated on -site operational noise that may extend to adjacent <br />properties. The City's exterior and interior noise standards as allowed by the Municipal Code are <br />shown below. <br />Section 18-312- Exterior Noise Standards. <br />The following exterior noise standards, unless otherwise specifically indicated, shall apply to all <br />residential property within a designated noise zone.
