City of Santa Ana Addendum to the <br />MainPlace Mall Transformation Proiect Fashion Square Commercial Center Final EIR <br />result in any study area intersection to fall from an acceptable LOS to an unacceptable <br />or deficient LOS. <br />As shown in Table T-7 and Figure 13, Existing Plus Project Traffic Volumes, all traffic <br />study area intersections would continue to operate at an acceptable LOS except for the <br />Caltrans intersection of Town and Country Road at SR-22 Eastbound Ramps in the <br />p.m. peak hour, which would operate at LOS F. However, this is the same as the <br />existing condition.
