<br />A summary of the roadway segment LOS for the Existing Plus Proposed Project
<br />condition is provided in Table T-8. As described previously in the significance thresholds
<br />discussion, the LOS standard for peak hour intersection operations for the Cities of
<br />Santa Ana and Orange, and for Caltrans is LOS D; with the exception of Santa Ana
<br />intersections within a designated MDA where the LOS standard is LOS E. As shown, all
<br />of the study roadway segments would continue to operate at an acceptable LOS with
<br />the addition of the proposed Project traffic.
