LSTs are developed based on <br />the ambient concentrations of that pollutant for each of the 38 source receptor areas <br />(SRAs) in the Basin. The localized thresholds, which are found in the mass rate look -up <br />tables in the "Final Localized Significance Threshold Methodology" document prepared <br />by SCAQMD, were developed for use on projects that are less than or equal to 5-acres <br />in size and are only applicable to the following criteria pollutants: NOx, CO, PMto, and <br />PM2.s. <br />116 <br />
