City of Santa Ana <br />MainPlace Mall Transformation <br />Addendum to the <br />Fashion Square Commercial Center Final EIR <br />CAP Goals I Compliance <br />GOAL 10: Community -wide Bike Consistent. This policy includes the development of bike -sharing <br />Sharing Stations stations at several locations throughout the City, including the <br />Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, major bus stop <br />locations, City Hall, etc. These bicycles will help to extend trips <br />possible through transit or directly substitute automobile trips. The <br />Project includes bicycle parking/sharing stations within the parking <br />structures. <br />Energy Measures <br />GOAL 11: <br />Property Assessed <br />Consistent. The Project includes energy efficient infrastructure, <br />Clean Energy (PACE) <br />such as Title 24 compliant irrigation and plumbing systems, energy <br />Financing —Commercial <br />efficient appliances, solar -reflective roofing materials, and a <br />minimum of 25 electric vehicle charging stations. Financial <br />programs such as PACE can provide assistance to the developer <br />to implement these measures. <br />GOAL 12: <br />SCE Small and Medium <br />Consistent. The Project incorporates energy saving measures into <br />Business Direct Install <br />the Project design, as described in the previous response. <br />Programs such as SCE Direct Install can assist the developer with <br />implementing these measures. <br />GOAL 13: <br />Property Assessed <br />Consistent. Refer to the responses above. Financial programs <br />Clean Energy (PACE) <br />such as PACE could potentially provide assistance to the developer <br />Financing —Residential <br />to implement these measures. <br />GOAL 14: <br />Solar Photovoltaic <br />Consistent. The Project currently does not specifically include the <br />Systems — New Private <br />use of solar photovoltaic systems. However, beginning in 2020 the <br />Installs <br />California Building Code will include a requirement for new <br />residential buildings to include solar rooftop panels. In addition, the <br />solar incentives offered by the state could be used to assist the <br />developer with solar photovoltaic installations. <br />GOAL 15: <br />SCE and SCG <br />Consistent. These goals generally involve the use of retrofit <br />Residential Programs <br />programs and would not directly apply to the new development <br />proposed on -site. The Project would comply with the latest <br />CalGreen and Title 24 standards, which would meet these <br />GOAL 16: Weatherization* <br />GOAL 17: <br />SCG Commercial <br />requirements. <br />Programs** <br />GOAL 18: Streetlight Purchase and <br />Retrofit*** <br />GOAL 19: Benchmarking and <br />Retrocommissioning* <br />GOAL 20: <br />Title 24 Energy <br />Consistent.
