Common open space may include courtyards, pool/spa decks, roof decks etc. <br />Design Guidelines <br />The MainPlace Specific Plan also includes design guidelines, which would provide <br />direction for project design, options and techniques to be implemented by property <br />owners, developers, architects, and others tasked with implementing the Project. These <br />design guidelines address site planning, architecture, parking lot design, parking <br />structure design, and signage. <br />24 <br />
