To accomplish this, the Specific Plan <br />divides the Project site into ten planning areas/parcels, as shown in Figure 4, Land Use <br />Plan. <br />Development Standards <br />The MainPlace Specific Plan establishes development standards that would control all <br />subsequent development on the site.
