City of Santa Ana <br />Main Place Mall Transformation Project <br />Traffic Impact Study <br />The applicant wishes to modify the entitlements to allow more flexibility in the further development of <br />the site, reducing the allowed office and retail uses and adding residential uses. This diverse mixture of <br />uses fulfills the purpose of the General Plan's District Center land use by adding residential uses in a mixed - <br />use setting. The Proposed Project site plan is shown on Figure 3, Project Site Plan.
