[Status: <br />Continuing applicability to this Project] <br />1983 Mitigation Measure 5.4-1 still applies to the proposed Project. However, because <br />development of the Project is no longer subject to a Participation Agreement, clarifying <br />revisions have been made. This revision does not change the intent or effect of the <br />measure.
