VJV <br />SWA &ER <br />Trash ReMoval and Disposal <br />All litter and unwanted natural or environmental materials shall be removed from site <br />and disposed according to applicable laws, codes, and requirements. Workers will <br />inspect each site for safety hazards as they perform their daily task. <br />Irrigation Maintenance <br />Our Irrigation technician will maintain all Irrigation systems automatic controllers and <br />manual systems throughout the city on a weekly scheduled basis. The technician will <br />survey and adjust watering periods to properly Irrigate planters and turf areas. <br />Technicians and all staff will comply with the City of Santa Ana's water conservation <br />requirements. All Irrigation plumbing Including main and lateral lines, valves, sprinkler <br />heads, fitting shall be repaired and replaced as needed. All leaks or other malfunctions <br />shall be corrected with In 24 hours. An emergency number shall be provided for any <br />irrigation emergencies that occur. Our Irrigation technician will keep a log of each <br />controller and will compile a monthly report. <br />Irrigation shall be scheduled between hours specified In the RFP. <br />Pest Control <br />On -site staff will perform weekly surveys of all landscaped areas for pest problems. If a <br />pest problem arises staff will notify supervisory staff and our pest control advisor (PCA) <br />will make a recommendation, Our PCA will make recommendations using integrated <br />past management practices In accordance with the Department of Pesticide Regulation <br />and the City of Santa Ana. If necessary, all pesticide applications will be made or <br />supervised by a qualified applicator (QAL). <br />Maintenance Schedule <br />if awarded and prior to start, a detailed work schedule will be submitted to the City of <br />Santa Ana for approval. Changes to the planned schedule will be submitted to the city <br />at least 24 hours prior to work. <br />1J�o�c,Slte Safefv <br />Our staff will conduct weekly safety meetings concerning proper procedures for working. <br />Work site safety Is strongly enforced by our supervisors and management staff, We <br />provide all staff with required personal protection equipment required by OSHA. All <br />vehicles are supplied with first aids kits for any incidence that may occur. We will <br />Inspect work sites daily for unsafe conditions and take the necessary actions to fix the <br />Issue. <br />Traffic Controls <br />Our lead employees will enforce necessary standards and guidelines for traffic controls <br />In accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). We will <br />provide a mounted arrow board for all lane closures, If necessary. <br />25H-68 <br />
