Box 1988 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />II.Insurance <br />CITY shall, at its own expense, procure and maintain policies of insurance of the types and amounts <br />below, for the duration of the MOU. The policies shall state they afford primary coverage. The <br />minimum required insurance coverage required by SCAG is set for below. <br />a. Minimum Scope of Insurance —Coverage shall beat least as broad as: <br />(1) Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability coverage (Occurrence form <br />CG0001), or its equivalent. <br />(2) Insurance Services Office form number CA0001 (Ed. 1/87) covering Automobile Liability, <br />code I (any auto) or its equivalent. <br />(3) Workers' Compensation insurance as required by the State of California and Employer's <br />Liability Insurance. <br />(4) Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) insurance appropriate to the profession <br />Pebmary 26, 2019 <br />Page 8 <br />LTlil#.'J <br />
