Statement of Work for enQuesta v6 Upgrade <br />5.1.14.4 Client PC Requirements: <br />MINIMUM WORKSTATION <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />(Desktop or Laptop) <br />IE 11 Compatibility View settings turned on. <br />Please note that S&S does not offer support related to Windows and other PC desktop <br />system support, communications, or infrastructure support. <br />5.1.14.5 Third Party Software <br />5.1.14.5.1 With the initial configuration of the hardware, all core vendor <br />operational software must be installed and configured. Once the installation and <br />configuration has been completed, the functionality ofthis software will be tested. <br />5.1.15 The Customer Responsibilities <br />5.1.15.1 The Customer will be responsible for the server footprint (hardware enclosures, <br />power, etc.) and will provide the necessary space within their data center to accommodate the <br />hardware configuration. <br />5.1.15.2 The Customer will provide a stable hardware and network environment and a <br />minimum of one (1) System Administrator to support and maintain the network related <br />hardware and software.
