Statement of Work for enQuesta v6 Upgrade <br />Train the Trainer <br />Action <br />Training <br />X <br />1 X <br />Core Team Trainina <br />7.1.1 Customer Responsibilities <br />7.1.1.1 The Customer's Project Team will coordinate user enrollment for each class and <br />rescheduling requirements as necessary. The Customer PM is responsible for communicating <br />the number of participants enrolled in each class to S&S. <br />7.1.1.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate time is made available for <br />users to participate in every training course they are enrolled in, according to the finalized <br />User/Training Matrix. If users are not provided with such time, it is the Customer's responsibility <br />to provide training later. S&S will provide a class schedule, however, it is the Customer's <br />responsibility to notify and get participants to the class. <br />7.1.1.3 It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that users attend classes in a punctual <br />manner. The Customer is responsible for training all users who require additional training due <br />to late arrivals or absence. <br />7.1.1.4 The Customer is responsible for training all casual users that are not listed in the <br />user matrix. <br />7.1.2 Training Facility Requirements <br />7.1.2.1 The Customer is responsible for providing training facilities capable of <br />accommodating the number of users to be trained identified in the Training Plan. The training <br />facilities will accommodate 12 users per classroom, with an individual workstation for each <br />user. Each workstation must meet the minimum PC requirements. <br />7.1.2.2 Classroom setup must include: <br />❑ Projector with interface to a computer <br />❑ Projection screen <br />❑ Telephone and connection needed for technical support <br />Cl White board <br />❑ Dry erase markers <br />❑ Pencils <br />Propriety & Confidential January 27, 2020 Page 21 of 37 <br />
