Statement of Work for enQuesta v6 <br />to take place several weeks prior to the actual Go -Live weekend. This simulation will provide <br />a `dry -run' of the Go -Live activities and include a Mock Go -live conversion and UAT executed <br />immediately after for 1-2 weeks. The Customer is responsible for testing all business critical <br />enQuesta processes, including modifications and interfaces, during UAT. S&S will aid in the <br />Project Management, providing onsite support for the Simulation and responding to and <br />resolving issues. <br />8.1.2 The Simulation will be a practice for Go -Live, and as such will begin with a conversion taking <br />place the week prior with enQuesta workflow processes and balancing to commence the <br />following Monday. <br />Goals of Simulation include: <br />❑ Executing and balancing a successful conversion <br />❑ Customer input of open work orders, cash and any items that have been identified <br />as post conversion activities that need to be completed before actual Go -Live could <br />occur. <br />❑ Timing of above activities to ensure they can be executed before day one of Go - <br />Live. The results of these timings will be used to update and finalize the Go -Live <br />plan. <br />❑ Doing a bill parallel on at least one billing run/set of cycles <br />❑ Executing all the Customer's daily and weekly workflows (e.g., entering cash, credit <br />and collections, work orders, new site creation, etc.) <br />❑ Reconciliation activities - Balancing Cash, AR and Deposits <br />❑ Executing all relevant interfaces <br />❑ End user practice of daily work <br />8.1.3 Customer Responsibilities <br />8.1.3.1 Customer will assist with and sign -off on a Simulation Plan. <br />8.1.3.2 Customer will make available resources in conversion and business functional areas <br />during the Simulation period (including weekends if necessary) to support Simulation <br />activities. <br />8.1.3.3 Customer will execute daily business processes and workflows as per Simulation <br />& Go -Live Plan. <br />8.1.4 S&S Responsibilities <br />8.1.4.1 S&S will create Simulation & Go -Live Plan with Customer assistance. <br />8.1.4.2 S&S will execute conversion activities over the Simulation period. <br />8.1.4.3 S&S will support Simulation activities onsite for one week for simulation. <br />Propriety & Confidential January 27, 2020 Page 26 of 37 <br />
