Statement of Work for enQuesta v6 Upgrade <br />8.1.9.1 Facilities <br />The Customer shall setup adequate facilities to be used as the central base of <br />operations throughout the Go -Live period. The facility must have the basic <br />infrastructure to adequately support the Go -Live activities including power sources, <br />network access, internet access, phone, printer, and desk space to accommodate <br />the Project Team. The S&S Project Team will use the facility as its core staging <br />area for issue resolution and triage, as well as deploying Subject Matter Experts <br />to the field for support. <br />8.1.9.2 Billing, AR and Deposit Balancing <br />8.1.9.2.1 It will be necessary for the Customer to provide the necessary <br />billing reports to balance billing in the legacy system to enQuesta. <br />8.1.9.2.2 The Customer shall verify trial balances for accuracy and grant <br />final authorization to proceed. This will conclude the Go -Live preparations. <br />8.1.9.3 First Week Post Go -Live <br />8.1.9.3.1 After execution of the Go -Live Plan and the official Go -Live, the <br />Customer will assume primary responsibility of the CIS Solution and its day-to- <br />day management and support. The Customer will be responsible for primary <br />support of business processes and end users. <br />8.1.9.3.2 During the first week of Go -Live, a daily wrap-up meeting will be <br />held. This meeting will be facilitated by the S&S PM and the primary goal is to <br />review the activities of the day and report any issues. This meeting is to be <br />attended by the S&S and Customer Project Teams. Each individual shall report <br />on the events of the day, any problem areas, and goals for the next day. This <br />meeting will serve as an important vehicle for sharing information across the <br />Project Team, especially when remote locations are a factor. <br />8.1.10 S&S Responsibilities <br />8.1.10.1 Onsite Team <br />8.1.10.1.1 The S&S Project Team, including the PM and Business Lead, will <br />be onsite beginning the weekend before Go -Live. The primary responsibility of <br />the Project Team at this point is to ensure a smooth beginning of the cutover <br />activities. Additional members of the Project Team may be deployed throughout <br />the weekend to conduct onsite testing, data validation, and the final billing <br />parallel. <br />Propriety & Confidential January 27, 2020 Page 28 of 37 <br />
