All personnel rates include applicable CP equipment and tools <br />2. Minimum charge of four (4) hours each day utilized <br />3. Rates apply portal to portal <br />4. Rates apply to a standard 8-hr workday, Monday through Friday; any time over 8 hours per day shall be <br />charged at 1.25 times the standard rate, and any time over 12 hours per day shall be charged at 1.5 times <br />the standard rate. <br />5. Night work and work performed on Saturdays shall be charged at 1.25 times the standard rates for the <br />first 8 hours, and at 1.5 times the standard rates over 8 hours. <br />6. All work performed on Sundays and holidays shall be charged at 1.5 times the standard rates. <br />
