Grant Agreement No. 4600011889 <br />Page 16 of 32 <br />PROGRAM'ELEMENT4: Grant Administration <br />Activity 21 Agreement Administration <br />The Grantee will respond to DWR's reporting and compliance requirements associated with the grant administration and <br />will coordinate with the project managers responsible for implementing the projects contained in this agreement. <br />Actiyit`L22 Invoicln <br />The Grantee will be responsible for compiling invoices for submittal to DWR. This includes collecting invoice <br />documentation from each of the project proponents and compiling the Information into a DWR Invoice Packet. <br />Activity 23 Progress Reports and Final Report <br />The Grantee will be responsible for compiling progress reports and final report for submittal to DWR. Reports will meet <br />generally accepted professional standards for technical reporting and the requirements terms of the contract with DWR <br />outlined in Exhibit F of this agreement. <br />Deliverables: <br />❑ Executed Agreement <br />❑ Invoices and associated backup documentation <br />❑ Progress Reports <br />❑ Final Report <br />
