Ms. Peraza was responsible for the evaluation and <br />AVAILABILITY <br />assessment of the existing sewerage system, including sewer mainlines and <br />40% <br />manholes, based on the city -provided database and GASB 34 information. <br />The evaluation identified facilities requiring immediate and future rehabilitation <br />based on an age of facility analysis. She assisted in developing a long-range <br />rehabilitation plan for the city's capital improvement program that incorporated <br />capacity and rehabilitation type projects. <br />Phase II, Integrated Facilities Plan <br />PADRE DAM MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT I SAN DIEGO, CA <br />Project engineer. Assisted in developing phase 11 of the plan. The project <br />was developed to generate updated water, wastewater, and recycled water <br />master planning documents; a detailed capital improvement program; review <br />maintenance and staffing needs; and provide financial analysis. Assisted in <br />developing the recycled water customer analysis technical memorandum, <br />which identified potential new customers and alignment alternatives that <br />could provide cost-effective expansions of the existing recycled water system. <br />Evaluated the potential and feasibility of expanding the existing recycled <br />water distribution system within the district's services area, and assisted in <br />developing the proposed layout of the expanded system, which included <br />pipelines, pump stations and storage reservoirs. Assisted in developing <br />preliminary cost estimates for the proposed expansion alternatives of the <br />existing distribution system. <br />
