PAUL CASSAR RESUME <br />Project Designer <br />Paul Cassar has more than 13 years <br />of experience in landscape <br />architecture working on projects for <br />yf' public agencies. His design <br />expertise ranges from recreational <br />. / parks to streetscapes, school sites, <br />as well as city design guidelines. A <br />benefit to Mr. Cassar's design ability is his attention to detail <br />and his knowledge of playground design, the latest <br />construction practices and materials, ADA accessibility <br />concerns, and his experience in the installation of <br />hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems. He brings <br />field investigation, research, and communication <br />experience to each of our projects. Mr. Cassar has been a <br />key figure at DVD in coordinating design development <br />plans and carrying them through construction drawings. He <br />is known for his ability to collaborate with a variety of clients, <br />architects, engineers and designers and to successfully <br />manage projects from beginning to end. He ensures <br />adherence to established project schedules and cost <br />agreements, and monitors production for delivery of the <br />highest quality products to clients. He cooperates well with <br />staff, clients, and agencies to create successful products <br />and works closelywith contractors during construction. The design team <br />coordinated with Caltrans and city departments for the <br />median landscape improvements, creating a bold <br />statement.
