Balancing these priorities results in <br />projects that advance the quality of life in <br />communities across the globe. <br />SUBCONSULTANTS <br />To provide the City with a solid depth of local, <br />experienced resources, we have partnered with <br />four subconsultant firms to provide services on <br />this contract. Following are the services each will <br />provide on this contract. <br />• Flow Monitoring — ADS LLC <br />• Subsurface Utility Engineering — Cardno, Inc. <br />• Aerial Mapping — Geospatial Professional <br />Solutions, Inc. (GPSi) <br />• Geotechnical Services — Ninyo & Moore <br />Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences <br />Consultants <br />ADS LLC: ADS provides robust and accurate <br />measurements of collection system flows <br />throughout southern California. The firm will draw <br />upon four decades of experience and thousands <br />of flow assessment projects to support our team. <br />Cardno, Inc.: Cardno has provided subsurface <br />utility engineering services to public and private <br />clients throughout the country since 1993. They <br />have earned the trust and respect of a number of <br />repeat clients based on a commitment to quality, <br />a proactive and responsive approach to projects, <br />and the ownership they take in responsibly <br />advocating for needs. <br />GPSi: GPSi was incorporated in 2007, buying <br />the assets of SGT (Irvine), retaining its core <br />production staff, and continuing the capability to <br />service public agencies and companies engaged <br />in the design, construction, and management of <br />public works, infrastructure systems, and the <br />management of natural resources. GPSi has the <br />manpower and equipment to accommodate <br />time -critical and technically demanding projects, <br />supporting the missions of its clientele with high <br />quality photogrammetric mapping and aerial <br />imaging and LiDAR products and services. <br />Ninyo & Moore: Ninyo & Moore offers a pool of <br />geotechnical professionals with experience in the <br />design and construction support of sewers, pump <br />stations, treatment plants, reservoirs, and dams. <br />The firm has provided geotechnical and <br />environmental consulting, soils and materials <br />testing to the City of Santa Ana under various <br />on -call contracts. <br />ORGANIZATIONAL CHART <br />Figure 7 identifies the key personnel for each of <br />the service categories for which we are <br />submitting. All the services noted can be <br />provided by our team. If additional services are <br />found necessary, then this chart can be <br />augmented by additional Stantec staff or outside <br />subconsultants.
