NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms to provide <br />Maintenance, Repair and Operations Supplies on a Consignment Basis. <br />Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be accepted until Wednesday, March 18, 2020. <br />Proposals received after this date/time will not be considered. <br />Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted electronically to the PlanetBids <br />system no later than Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals received after this <br />date/time will not be considered. <br />Additionally, it is a requirement that four hard copy proposals also be sent by courier service, <br />mailed, or hand delivered in an enclosed sealed envelope and marked clearly with the following: <br />"SEALED PROPOSAL FOR <br />MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND OPERATIONS (MRO) <br />SUPPLIES ON CONSIGNMENT BASIS <br />RFP NO.20-019 <br />IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL" <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Attn: Gabriela P.
