Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment (GPA) No. 2020-02; and <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application (AA) No. 2020-01 to establish <br />Specific Development No. 96. <br />Executive Summary <br />At its regular meeting on May 11, 2020, and after receiving public testimony on the project, the <br />Planning Commission by a vote of 3:2 (Phan abstained and Contreras -Leo absent) continued the <br />project to May 26, 2020. The two -week continuance was provided so staff could address several <br />topics/items, including: <br />A. Two written communications sent to the City by Lozeau Drury LLP on behalf of Supporters <br />Alliance for Environmental Responsibility, and Mitchell M. Tsai on behalf of Southwest <br />Regional Council of Carpenters; <br />B. A request by the City of Tustin for a two -week continuance to May 26, 2020; and <br />C.
