New plant species would <br />be drought -tolerant, non-invasive, and compliant with the City of Santa Ana's landscaping requirements. <br />Likewise, the new irrigation installed onsite would meet the City's requirements for water efficiency (Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code Section 41 -1503; Landscape Water Use Standards).
