The Bowery Mixed -Use Project 3. Revisions to the Draft EIR The last paragraph on Page 6.9, which carries over to page 6-10, Section 6.6.1, Environmental Impacts, is revised as follows: The No Project/No Build Alternative would operate the existing industrial buildings on the Project site, which would not require a General Plan Amendment or zoning change. It is not within the Airport Environs Land Use Plan (AELUP) Notification Area, but is net the Airport Safety Zone, or the Airport Impact Zonez and is outside of the 60 CNEL noise contours, as shown in Section 5.7, Hazards and Hazardous Materials (Figures 5.7-2 and 5.7-3).
