(Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2021-004 - Recognizing $8,422,162.84 in <br />funds from the State of California, Business, Consumer Services and Housing <br />Agency in revenue account and appropriate the same amount to expenditure <br />account to address homelessness in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />20C. APPROVE AN APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT TO RECOGNIZE $544,000 IN <br />GRANT REVENUE FROM THE STATE COASTAL CONSERVANCY FOR THE <br />RENOVATION OF THE 17TH STREET TRIANGLE PARK AND REST STOP <br />AND AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM - Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency and Public <br />Works Agency <br /> <br />1. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2021-003 - Recognizing $544,000 in <br />grant revenue from the State Coastal Conservancy and appropriate <br />$544,000 into the corresponding expenditure accounts (Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services Agency Capital Grant Fund) for the Renovation of <br />the 17th street Triangle Park and Rest Stop. <br /> <br />2. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Capital Improvement <br />Program to include the 17th Street Triangle Park and Rest Stop Project. <br /> <br />20D. APPROVE AN APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT, AWARD A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT TO LUCAS BUILDERS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,399,208 <br />FOR THE CITYWIDE SEWER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II PROJECT <br />WITH AN ESTIMATED TOTAL CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY COST OF <br />$1,749,010 {PROJECT NO. 19-6426} (NON-GENERAL FUND) - Public Works <br />Agency <br /> <br />1. Award a construction contract to Lucas Builders, Inc., the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $1,399,208, for <br />construction of the Citywide Sewer Main Improvements Phase II Project, for <br />the term beginning upon execution of the contract and ending upon project <br />completion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract subject <br />to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
