Since our inception in 2006, CWE has <br />enjoyed a prominent location in Fullerton, California, within a mere ten miles of the City center <br />and appropriately situated to provide prompt, comprehensive services. <br />Our proximity affords the City: <br />Local Project Management: CWE's Project Manager, Katie Harrel, PE, ENV SP, QSD, is based <br />out of our Fullerton hub and will be fully available to the City for the duration of the On -Call <br />contract. <br />Access to exceptional local resources: An impressive 72% of our workforce, including the firm's <br />Principals and Founders, Jason Pereira and Vik Bapna, can be accessed directly through our <br />main Fullerton office and are available to provide services at an accelerated pace. <br />As Principal of CWE, I am authorized to make <br />legally binding commitments for the firm.
