LSA is a full -service, multidiscipline environmental <br />planninq and project manaqement professional services qroup with <br />headquarters in Irvine, California, and eight additional offices located throughout the State. <br />Preparation and review of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents has <br />been a core service at LSA since the founding of the firm in June 1976. For over 40 years, LSA <br />has expanded its services to include virtually all environmental planning and permitting services. <br />Today, the firm is 100 percent employee -owned and employs more than 180 environmental <br />professionals, including specialists in CEQA documentation, archaeology, paleontology, <br />architectural and historic resources, biological resources, water quality, air quality, greenhouse <br />gases (GHGs) and global climate change, noise, and transportation. <br />CWE has selected JCCA to perform Electrical <br />♦ _ __ and Mechanical Engineering. JCCA is a <br />corporation with a professional staff of 35 <br />employees. The company has design capabilities in the architectural, electrical, mechanical, <br />structural, civil, and environmental engineering fields and has significant experience in a wide <br />variety of projects for governmental and municipal clients.
