recently adopted North Orange County MS4 Permit and any other applicable local, State, and <br />Federal laws. <br />Consultants shall utilize in-house staff and/or sub -consultants to complete assignments to meet <br />the City's standards. For specialized work, for which the prime consultant requires a sub - <br />consultant, the prime consultant shall serve as an administrative liaison between the City and the <br />sub -consultant and shall include these administrative costs in their proposed project management <br />fees. <br />Prime consultant mark-ups for sub -consultant work will not be allowed. <br />All proposals, plans, drawings, specifications, estimates, grant applications, modeling, studies, <br />presentations, and/or reports will be subject to the final approval and satisfaction of the City. The <br />selected consultants must have the expertise, experience, and demonstrated resources available to <br />perform the work described in this RFP. <br />The City desires to enter into Agreements with the three top-ranking firms for an initial three (3)- <br />year term, with a City option to exercise one (1), two (2)-year extension period. The annual amount <br />to be expended under the Agreement will vary at the City's discretion and will be dependent on <br />available grant funding opportunities and local match availability. <br />A. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Work under this Agreement may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks below: <br />1) Project Planning/Feasibility Studies <br />Firms shall be capable of performing the following tasks: <br />a. Hydraulic computer modeling <br />b. Stormwater sampling/monitoring/data analysis <br />c. Flow monitoring studies <br />d. Mapping services <br />e. Hydrologic calculations <br />f. Preparation/review of Water Quality Management Plans (WQMP) <br />g. Conceptual design/drawing <br />h. Percolation rate testing/geotechnical reporting <br />i. Coordination with outside agencies <br />j. Project presentations <br />k. Researching existing field conditions and utilities <br />1. Cost benefit analyses <br />in. Technical feasibility and project impact analyses <br />n. Drafting project planning documents <br />o.
