<br />WATER & SEWER COMPARISON <br /> ONE BROADWAY PLAZA <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />I. INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The purpose of this report is to compare the current entitled water and wastewater <br />demands for the reuse project titled One Broadway Plaza located at 10th & Broadway in <br />Santa Ana to the proposed revised entitled condition’s water and wastewater demands. <br />The current entitled project does not include a residential component and the proposed <br />revised entitled project will include residential units.
