EXHIBIT B SANTA ANA PROTECT BUDGET PI: Dr Boden-Albala and TBD UCI Public Health 10/09/20 1. COVID-19 Modeling/Serology (ANTIBODY TESTING) (Total= $1,745,250) • Use Census Tracts to determine highest concentration of COVID-19 zones, block sampling to determine randomly chosen 250 households • Get to testing 8,000 participants, through end of December • Provide an understanding of community prevalence by implementing antibody testing across Santa Ana. Gather a representative sample of participants from census tracts, which will then allow us to understand if we target PCR testing.
