As currently written, there are provisions that raise the standard of care <br />and compromise insurance coverage. As such, Corgan requests an opportunity <br />to dialogue with the City of Santa Ana regarding the following provisions: (1) <br />Recital — standard of performance, (2) Section 8 (Indemnity) and; (3) Section 16 <br />(Termination and Owner's right to use Architect's drawings).
