Mr. Arteaga is a <br />California Certified Access Specialist, (CASp). He graduated <br />from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 2002 <br />with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has been at BOA <br />Architecture since 1997. In 2009, he successfully fulfilled the <br />experience and testing requirements set forth by the Division <br />of the State Architect (DSA) and became a California Certified <br />Access Specialist. His ADA Compliance experience includes <br />accessibility plan check services on behalf of the DSA-Los <br />Angeles Basin Regional Office and the County of San <br />Bernardino -Department of Risk Management, ADA Transition <br />Plan and accessibility inspections, compiling inspection <br />information into accurate and concise accessibility reports, <br />cost feasibility reports, and code analysis roles covering all <br />phases of barrier removal. His relevant experience and <br />expertise includes all types of municipal facilities (City Halls, <br />Theaters, Auditorium, Community Centers) for ADA <br />Compliance for the Cities of Long Beach, Placentia, Irvine, <br />Huntington Beach, and for the State of California DMV at <br />Oxnard.
