Miguel Andrade has been a <br />member of BOA since 2001, with over 16 years of architectural <br />experience in all phases of a project, from conception to <br />construction support. He has experience in both new and <br />renovation work for mainly our public clients; understanding that <br />open communications is the key to minimizing disruption along the <br />critical path to completion. He leads a team to ensure that design <br />solutions effectively meet the clients' and users' needs while <br />adhering to client schedules and budget constraints. He is <br />proficient in Computer Aided Design (CADD) and advanced <br />expertise in BIM Revit 3D. He has been the Project Manager for <br />numerous Parks and Recreation facilities, including new <br />construction, historic rehabilitation projects, including municipal and <br />commercial/retail facilities, fagade, and tenant improvement.
