ALL <br />OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND SPECIFICATIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. <br />ANSWERS TO INQUIRIES/QUESTIONS SUBMITTED TO DATE ARE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Is the intent of the City to hire more than one consultant for this project or only one firm? <br />Answer: Yes. <br />2. Attachment 3-1: Non -Collusion Affidavit, needs to be notarized with the current state mandate <br />of having to stay home, does this need to be notarized at this time. <br />Answer: At this time, it is not a requirement to have the Non -Collusion Affidavit form notarized. <br />3.
