FOR ONE COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS <br />JETTER TRUCK (SPECIFICATION NO. 20-120) (NON-GENERAL FUND) - <br />Finance and Management Services Agency and Public Works Agency <br /> <br />MOTION: Authorize a one-time purchase and payment of a purchase order to <br />Plumbers Depot Inc. for the purchase of one compressed natural gas jetter truck, <br />in the amount of $397,540, plus a contingency of $10,000, for a total amount not <br />to exceed $407,540, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />22B. AUTHORIZE AND EXERCISE THE FIRST RENEWAL TERM OF THE <br />BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER WITH BPR, INC. FOR SIDEWALK OFFSET <br />GRINDING SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $240,000 (SPECIFICATION NO. <br />19-049) (NON-GENERAL FUND) - Finance and Management Services Agency, <br />Public Works Agency and Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br /> <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager to exercise the first renewal term of the <br />blanket purchase order with BPR, Inc. for sidewalk offset grinding services in the <br />amount of $240,000, for a period ending June 30, 2021, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />25A. APPROVE A MASTER AGREEMENT WITH QUALIFIED SCHOOLS TO <br />PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING USING FEDERAL WORKFORCE <br />INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT AND OC SOCIAL SERVICES GRANT <br />FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2023 ($2,000,000) (NON-GENERAL FUND) - <br />Community Development Agency <br /> <br />1.
