Authorize the City Manager to execute a master agreement, for <br />a three-year period expiring June 30, 2023, with a one-year option to renew, with any <br />one of the schools listed on the State Employment Training Provider List, to deliver <br />occupational skills training on an as needed basis to unemployed and low-income <br />individuals for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000, payable from <br />federal, state, and county grant funds, subject to non-substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney.
