during the service action. <br />3. PROJECT OBJECTIVES <br />3.1. AMI Integration <br />3.1.1. To accurately achieve full system integration of the AMI system outlined above, <br />the City is requiring that the full suite of integration points to enQuesta CIS billing system <br />be established and deployed. This solution will provide real time functionality to utilize and <br />present interval meter data for the deployed smart meters utilizing enQuesta and their <br />customers using the Capricorn Portal. Integration between the MDMS and the CIS system <br />is required to obtain this interval data for acquire readings for utility billing automatically <br />from the MDMS and to complete work orders using readings from the NIDNIS one by one <br />or in mass through the work order control sheet template in enQuesta, and provide <br />customers with usage information. <br />3.1.2. The areas of integration are defined as Basic Provisioning and real time Multi -Speak <br />methods between the MDMS and CIS. Through this process, the City will be able to: <br />3.1.2.1. Execute On Demand Reading from newly installed smart meters. <br />3.1.2.2. Request and display Interval data to service representatives and customers. <br />3.1.2.3. Perform cycle reading request from the MDMS to be billed. <br />3.1.2.4. Provide functionality to close service orders for Move out Move in scenarios where <br />25H-99 Page 92 <br />
