extend. PrQjcct Management is required through the completion of the Systems and <br />Software's Scope of work. <br />3.5.4. Change Control Management <br />3.5.4.1. Change Management is the process whereby out of scope requests orrcquircments arc <br />documented, analyzed, assessed for impact on the project and submitted for approval on <br />mutually agreed upon Change Management Control. <br />3.5.4.2. The Customer Project Managers will initiate an S&S Change Request Form (see <br />Attachment B — Change request Form) which commences the Change Management <br />process. The initial Change Request will be delivered to the S&S PM for consideration <br />of the following: any possible resolution plans, resource requirements, impact to <br />schedule, proposed timeline, and cost. <br />3.5.4.3. For all approved changes, the S&S PM will update the project schedule with the <br />additional scope of work including project tasks, durations, and assigned resources. <br />These tasks will then be managed as part of the overall project. <br />3.5.4.4. S&S may suggest that some Change Requests be managed outside the scope of the <br />original implementation.
