Worked with contractors to facilitate specialized moves. Ensured company <br />compliance with changes to relocation laws including Map-2i. Performed partial and complex commercial <br />acquisitions and participated in planning and mitigation strategy meetings. Analyzed complex real estate <br />appraisals, coordinated with appraisers, prepared offer letters, purchase agreements, and contracts.
