<br />Coordinated relocation assistance services for eligible displacees and Section 8 households. Managed such
<br />projects tasks as: tenant interviews, move planning, benefits administration, contract preparation, move
<br />coordination and replacement site inspection. Work with displaced persons in successfully navigating the
<br />relocation landscape. Work was coordinated in conjunction with extensive file review, documentation and
<br />compliance with applicable state and local guidelines. Prepared written recommendations for relocation
<br />assistance.
<br />San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority, Central Subway Project
<br />Provided residential and non-residential relocation assistance and advisory services under Federal (FTA)
<br />Regulations under eminent domain to support the construction of the project's subway transportation project.
<br />Participated in policy meetings with agency staff, management, and the city attorney's office. Prepared relocation
<br />project briefings on behalf of the project's program director for meetings with key city and government agency
<br />officials. Prepared relocation impact study and last resort housing plan for SFMTA in compliance with the Uniform
<br />Act to mitigate relocation challenges.
<br />City of San Pablo Mobile Home Redevelopment Project
<br />Assisted in the relocation of one of the city's largest mobile home parks under redevelopment. Services included
<br />move planning, owner interviews, negotiations and claim recommendation and preparation in compliance with
<br />State regulations. Researched and provided referrals to replacement sites, and acted as a liaison between agency,
<br />residents, landlords and realtors. Provided property management services and conducted inspections to ensure
<br />vacate requirements and ensure park and resident safety.
<br />Southern California Gas Company, Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP)
<br />Performed land rights research and permanent easement acquisition services, utilizing a variety of research tools
<br />and methods, including GIS, Real Quest, Land Vision, PDMS and other applications. Reviewed documents including
<br />deeds, tract maps and other documents to acquire Land rights and enable SoCaLGas to conduct its pipeline
<br />replacement activities throughout its service territory, in accordance with public utility commission requirements.
<br />Coordinated with property owners, SoCaL Gas staff, management, surveyors and planners to research and deliver
<br />necessary land rights. Prepared, coordinated and administered contracts in compliance with company standards.
